MEET MARCO

Mom didn’t want to get out of bed this morning, so I joined her. Just for a minute though- there are things to do!! Get out of bed!!

Summer is great because we have cherry tomatoes growing in our backyard! I love to pick them and eat them!

Mom took a picture of me sleeping in my stroller, the compared it to one taken September of last year. I sure have grown!!

My parents must really love me because they got me a kitchen set! It is in the big kitchen Mom and Dad cook in. I love opening the doors, putting things in and out of the oven, and mixing with my bowls and utensils. Mom says I can “cook” while she cooks. We shall see if I actually let her do some cooking!

Today, my parents took me to Seaside. I had never seen the beach before, although I have read a few books about it. It was amazing!! Grandma and Grandpa Toulouse got me a cute new outfit. It is a polo outfit, which my parents think is too funny! All I know is that I look quite dapper in it. Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa! And here’s a selfie. Mom is looking pretty old here. I’m sure that has nothing to do with me.

Abuelo came out for a visit last weekend. Even though I got an ear infection (again!) and refused to eat my food, I had a great time with him! The day after my birthday party was my actual birthday!! I’m 1 year old!! I went to Fischer’s house to celebrate his birthday with him. We played in his new sandbox, and I didn’t even eat the sand!
