MEET MARCO

On Tuesday, the Palaseks left Del Mar, but first we went on an early morning walk on the beach.  We found lots of cool things, including live sand dollars, a dead jellyfish and wide mouth bass, and a sea star! I had lots more fun times at the beach, but I was plum tuckered! I ended up taking a nice nap with Mom.  She didn’t mind at all!

On Monday in Del Mar, I started the day playing with Aunt Jenna. Then the Palaseks came over and we got ready for a big soccer game! How lucky am I? I got to watch the World Cup finals with Abuelo, Aunt Jenna, Uncle Zak, Mom, and Dad at the beach! It was Croatia versus France.  Even through we wanted Croatia to win, France took the cup! They did deserve it. It’s time for Wave Crest! I love our family trip to Del Mar, California! I’m ready for fun times! We started with some fun times at the park and the slap rocket. Then it was a little beach time for us. I can tell this is going to be a wonderful week!

I had my 4th birthday party a the Playground Gym.  I was very specific in my requests for this party- no ball-throwing games, no birthday song, no candles; just a lot of free play and an obstacle course. Look! I’m 4 years old!

Dad was out of town. Mom and I got to pick him up at the airport.  We parked on the top level of the parking garage, and WOW! We could see the whole runway, which meant we could watch planes take off and land! We stayed for a long time, and saw lots of planes and even some supersonic jets!

It’s Father’s Day! I love my dad so much!  For father’s day, he wanted to go record shopping so we went and I had a great time looking for records. I even listened to a few to make sure I liked them before I bought them. Later, we hung out outside and I worked on my jumping. My dad is the best!

I got my hair cut again and I had some bluish-teal added! I have to admit, I do like a little color in my life!

Mom and I were going on an adventure walk around the neighborhood when what did we see? 2 ducks! They were hanging out in someone’s yard.  I was really impressed! That’s all!
