The snow has finally melted, and today Mom, Dad and I went to a restaurant for a D.J. set of indiepop songs! I was a little disappointed that the D.J didn’t play Echo and the Bunnymen, but I was really entranced by the TWO turntables! I watched them for a long, long time. Aunt Gail was there too!
The cool thing about the restaurant was that it was soccer themed! There was soccer on the television, and a back room with astroturf! There was even a foosball table. I had never played before, but I loved it so much. Mom and I beat Dad twice, and then just Mom and I played and I beat her! It’s fun to win, but really I just liked playing.
We had some avocado toast too! This place really rules. I am sure we can go back again soon, as I think my parents really liked it as well!
