Mom, Dad, and I went to Lake View Farms for some pumpkin patch fun! I have been looking forward to this all year! Last year, I went here with Isaac and Harry, but this year my buddies and I will go to a different pumpkin patch later on.
When we got to Lake View Farms, we first went on the little train that goes out to the pumpkin field. I love the train!
Once we got off the train, I really wanted to ride on a pony. I was a little unsure at first, and I had to watch the other kids for a bit, but finally I decided to go for it! My pony’s name was Willow and she had peacock feathers in her mane. She was a very nice pony!
Next, I saw a ride called the Centipede. It was a lot of little bucket cars being pulled by a tractor. It was too small for grown-ups, but I wanted to try it so I was brave and went on it by myself! It was lots of fun!
Then it was time to find a pumpkin. I really wanted a little pumpkin, and I actually ended up finding three pumpkins to take home! Dad found a huge pumpkin for himself. Mom decided to get some delicata squash to eat instead of a pumpkin.
We took a boat ride back to the little store where we paid for our pumpkins. Outside of the store there was a fun place to take pictures.
I also got to see how tall I am!
I sure do love visiting the pumpkin patch!
