Mom, Dad, and I took a trip to the Oregon coast! The drive out to Newport is a long one- nearly 3 hours- so we started off with a hearty breakfast at my favorite breakfast joint, Slappy Cakes!
After breakfast, I had a full belly and I was ready to roll!
The city of Corvallis is on the way to Newport, so we stopped off and visited Padgett, Eleanor, and Persephone in their new house. The live in the woods and their house is huge!
We all went into town for a little walk, and then it was back on the road for us.
I had fun in Corvallis and it was great to see Persephone! Now it’s time for the beach!
