When we went to California, I met my Nanny and Pappi. They are my dad’s parents. I was really impressed with their garden! My mom took me out on the deck in the backyard each morning before it got hot and we all hung out and enjoyed the lovely trees and watched the blue jays take peanuts off of the table. I did not like the blue jay’s screechy chirp though- such noisy birds! In the afternoon we would hang out in the kitchen. Here’s a photo of me and the Mazzuccos!
Nanny really seemed to like me a lot! She commented often how cute I am and really liked to see me smile. I liked to see her smile too!
I think Pappi was surprised how little I am. Even though I am so little, I have a big loud voice when I cry!! I really loved seeing Pappi. I feel like we will have a lot in common as I grow up!
I can’t wait to visit Nanny and Pappi again, but hopefully when it is not so hot outside. I discovered that I’m kind of a wimp when it comes to the heat, just like my parents.
