Whenever I play blocks with Marco, I’m reminded of the Modern Family episode where Mitchell is so competitive that he takes another baby’s block tower and says Lily did it at a baby play group. This is after another parent asks if she is stacking yet. I’m always thinking, “ok Marco, let’s see you stack those blocks!” Because you know, I don’t ever want to be put in a position where I might feel tempted to do what Mitchell did! Not that I ever would… Well, I can say truthfully that Marco can now make a stack of two blocks. He enjoys doing this during mealtime, where the blocks are closer to eye level. It’s much more challenging to do when sitting on the floor. But I’m proud of my lil stacker!
