I went all the way to California to visit Nanny and Pappi! We went on a plane early in the morning and I was so good! I liked playing with the tray table. Here we are on the plane:
When we got to Nanny and Pappi’s house, I was very excited by their yard. They had so many plants, and birds that would eat a peanut out of your hand!
I spent a lot of time on the deck holding out peanuts and waiting for the birds. I always got too scared to let the bird take my peanuts out of my hand.
We went out to lunch with Aunt Tammy, Uncle Brian, and their five kids! It was great seeing them- it’s been a long time!
We also went out to lunch with Aunt Kathie and Uncle Rob. We ate at Souplantation. I liked the pasta and the raisins. I also learned how to put olives on my fingers!
Back at the house, I enjoyed playing in the living room. So much carpet!!
One afternoon, the Gonzales family came over! It was so nice to meet them- I’ve heard so much about them. Mom didn’t get a lot of pictures because I was running around so much, but Dad snapped this one of me and Gavin playing a duet. Mia seemed to enjoy our song!
We had a birthday party for Pappi. He turned 89!! Aunt Kathie brought a cake. We sang and had a great time!
The Palaseks joined us later and I had so much fun with Hudson and Jackson! I like to run around with them- I can’t wait to be a big boy like them!
We had also gone out for lunch with the Palaseks, along with Aunt Kristin’s parents, Virginia and Andy. We had so much fun that Mom forgot to take pictures yet again!
Anyhow, I really loved visiting everyone in California. My Nanny and Pappi are the best, and I can’t wait to go back!
